The Solec Culture Centre (SCK) is an organizer of cultural activities in Solec Kujawski. There are various special interests sections, e.g. : teaching music activities, dancing groups, music bands, the journalism workshop, the art section, the Szlaban Theatre.

The Solec Culture Centre organizes summer holidays for children. The Town’s birthday is grandly celebrated during “ the Days of Solec” every year. Lots of interesting outdoor parties, concerts and recreation and sports activities are organized within these “Days”. The Solec Culture Centre can be proud of its bands and individual performers that have taken part and succeeded in different reviews and festivals.

There is also the Gallery ( multipurpose). Its size allows for realization of great and divers exhibitions. The Gallery invites famous and well-known artists. The famous artists who come from Solec are: Gabriela Adamczyk, Grażyna Bieniek, Jerzy Buczkowski, Monika Owieśna, Dariusz Piaskowski, Ryszard Rujner, Lech Lewandowski, Iwona Zawadzińska, Paweł Walukiewicz, Krzysztof Pituła.

The public library- it has the rich library collections, a spacious reading room and nice and professional service.
